Remember the Incentive started today (April 17 and ends May 1)

The following have Committed their Goals to me (this is a Must to Participate)

Carrie 20 (will get min of 40 leads from me)

Shara 10 (will get min of 20 leads from me)

Kristy 10 (will get min of 20 leads from me)

Stacy 10 (will get min of 20 leads from me)

Veronica 10 (will get min of 20 leads from me)

Guarenteed Goals are.. EVERYONE please read as follows:

For 2 Weeks only I am able to create a FAIR and BALANCED formula to share my leads.  I will do this based on Guarenteed Appointment Goals from my Leaders.  I distribute the leads and expect at the minimum a 50% Lead to Appointment Ratio.  Of course you can appoint your own leads during this time and I hope you target a 90% Lead to Appointment Ratio which is what several of the Seniored Appointment Makers get and I do as well.

So.. to break it down... if you can commit and guarentee me 10 appointments in 2 weeks I will give you 20 free leads to work (current hot leads) (minimually) if there is positive progress I will share the new leads as they come in with you in a FAIR and BALANCED way. The first set of leads will be hand delivered today or tomorrow by me and the new ones will be emailed as they roll into my computer.

There is no lead way nor bending of the rules allowed from me on my giving of the leads, Avon has a very strict policy on how and who I share leads with.  At any point if Avon's leads are not being Contacted ASAP and the conversion ratio is less than expected I reserve the right to take back all Leads and persue them myself.

The Pay off Party will be in Early May on a Weekend Night at Stacy's Father's Home on the Lake.  He will also take us for a Twilight Cruise on the Water.

I trust all of you as Mature Adults to BYOB your favorite Beverage and to insure you remain a well behaved guest AND have a safe ride home.  Spouses are certainly welcome, children are not (due to alcoholic beverages being served).

Should you need any emergancy materials or help while I'm away... Kristy and Carrie will be holding the key to my storage facility and they will keep up with who owes me what.

Most of all tho... HAVE FUN and Make REAL BIG BUCK using the Incentive Avon has for you ($1000 plus 6 iPods) and Make REAL BIG AUCTION BUCKS using the Incentive I have for you!

The Imperial Fez in Atlanta, GA

Once upon a 4am Conversation and during the :  Super Power Twins Activate Convention.... The Imperial Fez came up.  Well, it just so happens to be my all time favorite restaurant in Atlanta.. for 2 obvious reasons:  Food and Entertainment!

So I dug up my old video taken on 1.11.2007 from my YouTube site that is long forgotten.

So for my Super Power Twin.. lets Activate.. and eat with some fingers shall we?

Every year for our Annual Christmas Party Earl invites us to Destin, Florida.

This year Cheryl, Naomi and I went early to do some shopping.

After shopping we went to Tommy Bahamas for dinner and had a Fabulous time.

There are only 10 of these Restaurants in the world and they are only found in Tropical/Beach areas.  The menu choices where fantastic and the food is beyond delicious!

After Dinner we went outside to admire their 40 year old Christmas Tree that was imported from North Carolina.  This tree cost over $40,000 and it was breath-taking to behold!

The next morning we all met for Breakfast then went into our Meeting/Gathering.

We took out the back row seats and loaded up the car!

Lots of gifts and goodies!

I let Cheryl drive my car (I was so tired, I wanted to nap)

Naomi read those Map Quest Directions reallllly good..we don't wanna end up in Panama City like last year!

My Woven basket full of Magazines to read, My Laptop, My Notepad, My Signature Pink Ink Pen, Pink cellphone and of course bottled water....Never Never Never drink out of the cups in a hotel room!

I wrote the 'Elite Tea Party' blog entry that night!

About 1am...I was pooped out ...

it was Night Night time!

Early the next morning it was time for our Meeting/Gathering.

Our table is always decorated so beautifully thanks to all the little elves behind the sceen!

Welcomed and Inducted our 2 Newest 'Babies' into our team.  We have a sweet Ritual that we do each time we have a new hire that goes through the Hiring and Training Processes Successfully.....sorry I won't tell you what our ritual is...but its fabulous and funny and tear jerking (at times).

Vicki is our division's Mentor Trainer (she was mine) and She & I went to Maui together my first year as a manager...Great Friend and tons of fun!

Recently AVON had our 4th Quarter Conference in Dallas Texas!  Cheryl and & flew out on Sunday a day before (Avon's doing which was extra great for us!)  That evening we dined at a 5 star restaurant called Nana's on the 27th floor of the Anatole Tower.  The view was magnificent  - it had a 360 view of the city.  We got there in daylight and stayed until dark so we could see the lights of the city - breathtaking!  Their food was to die for!  I ate ANTELOPE - yes you read that correct not cantelope - ANTELOPE!  It was delicious.  They farm raise them in Texas and it was so tender and delicious.  Not gamey at all.  Desert was my favorite.  It was a tall cake sponge like tower of chocolate filled inside w/ chocolate gravy stuff that was the best dessert I've ever ate in my life!  Avon gave us vouchers for $40 - of course a 5 Star meal is more than that so we pulled another $20 out of our pockets - well worth it.  So for us it was just $20 for a 5 star meal! - What a bargain!  Monday morning we ate breakfast then headed for the pool.  At 11 we had to get ready for the first meeting to start.  We got out of meetings at Midnight EACH night.  We never got to see any of Dallas outside the hotel.  The Conference was great - but exhausting to say the least!  Got home Wednesday at 1am.  Needless to say I wanted to sleep all day Thursday except I had a nice interlude of Lunch with my friend Connie at Durango's restaurant.  Ok - Well unil Next year's conference NO more 18 hour days of meetings! - So Long - Cyndi Lou
